The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has announced that applications for the Hajj 2024 pilgrimage are open from today, November 27, 2023, to December 12, 2023.

How to Apply

Applicants can submit their applications online or at designated branches of Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd (MCB), Allied Bank of Pakistan (ABL), Zarai Taraqiati Bank Ltd (ZTBL), Bank of Punjab (BOP), Meezan Bank, Bank Al-Falah, and Habib Metropolitan Bank Ltd (HMB).

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for Hajj 2024, applicants must be:

• Muslim
• At least 18 years old
• In good health
• Financially able to afford the pilgrimage

Documents Required

Applicants must submit the following documents along with their application:

• Copy of passport
• Copy of National Identity Card (NIC)
• Two passport-sized photographs
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proof of vaccination against COVID-19

Hajj Dues

The Hajj dues for Hajj 2024 are as follows:

• North Region (Islamabad, Peshawar, Lahore, Multan, Sialkot, Faisalabad, and R. Y. Khan):

  • Adult: Rs. 264,971
  • Infant (born after 09-11-2013): Rs. 11,460

• South Region (Karachi, Quetta, and Sukkur):

  • Adult: Rs. 255,971
  • Infant (born after 09-11-2013): Rs. 10,560

Hajj Policy 2024

The Hajj Policy 2024 outlines the following measures to ensure a comfortable and safe pilgrimage for all pilgrims:

• Increased number of flights from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia
• Improved accommodation and transportation facilities in Saudi Arabia
• Enhanced medical facilities for pilgrims
• Establishment of a special Hajji facilitation center in Saudi Arabia

Hajj Training Camp

The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony has also announced that Hajj training camps will be held across the country to provide pilgrims with information and guidance about the pilgrimage.

Hajj 2024 Dates

Hajj 2024 is expected to take place from July 18 to July 27, 2024.
